ONLINE REGISTRATION & LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click on the "FAQ / Tech Help " box at the bottom of this page and read the common user errors and questions we receive. Once you have familiarized yourself with that, click on the "Terms and Conditions" box at the bottom of the FAQ / Tech Help page or the bottom of this page. The terms and conditions page of the online auction will open.
2. Read the Terms and Conditions and click the "I Agree" button at the bottom of that page. This will open the Login / Registration page.
3. Click on the button labeled "REGISTER" located in the lower centre of that page. The registration box will open. Complete all information requested and make sure you have entered your email address correctly. Register Only Once! An inactive bid number and password will be sent to the email address you specified in your registration.
4. Once registered you must request your bank or lender to fax a letter of credit (sample here) on their bank letterhead to: Associated Auto Auction Ltd., Attn: Online Auctions - fax 204-889-0560 or email to . This letter of credit must be in favor of Associated Auto Auction Ltd. and must be valid for the period of time which would include the auctions you wish to bid at. It must also specify the maximum credit amount available; that amount will be your bid limit. If the letter of credit date has expired or if the credit amount is too low, it must be renewed in order to bid at the next OnLine Auction. No Online bid will be accepted that is in excess of the credit amount specified in the Letter of Credit. There are no exceptions to this as this letter is used to verify your registration and prevent false registrations and registrations by minors. Upon receipt of the letter of credit we will activate your bid number and password for online bidding. NOTE: Registrations and letters of credit must be received at our office a minimum of 48 hrs prior to an auction to guarantee your bid number and password will be activated in time for that auction.
5. AUCTION LOGIN: Once your bid number and password has been activated you will be ready to bid live online at all of our future online auctions, during the term of the Letter of Credit and to the maximum amount of the credit specified in it. Simply click the link below that reads "AUCTION TERMS & LOGIN"; the terms and conditions page of the auction will open; click the "I Agree" button at the bottom of that page to agree to the terms of that auction and the login page will open. Enter your permanent bid number and password in the respective boxes and click the login button. You are now ready to bid online! Remember to read the FAQ and Tech Help page. There are many helpful tips on that page to ensure your online auction experience will be a rewarding one.
